1.内藏AC 主轴驱动器概要
1.1 优点
(1) 采用定子外径小,转子内径大的内藏专用主轴规格,以助于实现机床的小型化及高刚性化。
(2) 降低因电机多极化而导致的电机损失,实现低发热化。
(3) 拥有普通系列,高速系列,小容量系列等多种产品类型,从低速大扭矩到高速高输出的多样机型结构,能够满足各种情况下的使用需求。
(4) 采用广域额定输出专用P 系列控制器与线圈切换方式,以助于实现额定输出范围的扩大及低速大扭矩化。因此,无需再使用齿轮、皮带等减速结构,从而实现机械结构简单化,进一步提高了高精度及可信赖性。
(5) 采用无需通过本公司独有机械接点的电子输出切换方式,以实现低速大扭矩且高速高输出的输出特性。
(6) 备有内藏型电机控制用编码器及高分辨率编码器,以实现主轴-C 轴控制,主轴同期,同期攻丝等主轴的伺服化。
1.2 结构与制作范围
内藏AC 主轴驱动器为直接将电机装入机械的内藏型驱动器,因此其控制器及控制功能与一般的AC主轴驱动器相同。
