材料兼容性
相对于承压管道, 科里奥利传感器在材料兼容性方面需要考虑更多的细节。前者的兼容性常参考一般腐蚀说明进行确定。一般腐蚀指的是材料的均匀损耗。材料损耗率通常以每年所损耗的英寸或毫米数来表示,通过化学方法测定,即将样品暴露于腐蚀性环境中一定时间,然后根据样品重量的减少或者尺寸的改变确定其腐蚀率。
一般腐蚀测试对局部腐蚀无法检测,故以此来确定科里奥利传感器的材料兼容性并不充分。点蚀,晶间侵蚀,应力腐蚀裂纹以及疲劳腐蚀为导致传感器故障的局部腐蚀的几种表现形式。
流量管的局部腐蚀可导致疲劳裂纹的产生。传感器故障常常因疲劳裂纹的快速增加而产生。预防传感器故障的方法是避免疲劳裂纹的产生。因此,选择接液材料时必须考虑到局部腐蚀裂纹产生的可能性。
